The OTIIMA PIVOT is functional and aesthetic, the hands-free pivot door is suitable for countless types of placements for both interior, and exterior visuals, and there are no limitations. The imperceptible motors are integrated into the pivot hinge, on the top and bottom side of the door allowing it to rotate on the vertical axis effortlessly.

The removable finish floor offers easy access for future maintenance. OTIIMA’s hidden sill design is notable for utilizing a single slot for each track. This peculiar combination results in an ideal frameless glazing solution, perfect for contemporary villas and eccentric architectural high-rise buildings.
Performance
It offers a system that is completely built-in on the finish materials, incorporating a drainage profile channel, able to drain large amounts of rainwater, even in extreme rainfall situations. Proudly distinguished for its exceptional results in water tightness tests, with an outstanding E1650 class (seven classes above the class 9A), according to EN 12208.
